Constructed with highly durable solid steel with jet black powder coating, the adidas Home Rig stands up to tough training and is fixed securely to the floor with corner bolt plates. The rig is ideal for bodyweight training including pull ups and suspension training using the integrated crossbar, plus incorporate dips into your workout using the height adjustable angled dip bars.
Accommodating a multitude of functional training types, the adidas Home Rig features 13 height adjustable positioning settings on each pillar, 6 weight plate storage bars with Olympic plate attachments and spring collars, as well as 2 chrome barbell rests and 2 rubber padded safety bars.
It doesn’t end there. 4 different types of carabiner attachments include a lat pull down bar, dual foam padded hand grips and an ankle strap. You can take your functional training to the floor using the adjustable foot plate located at the back of the rig, where you’ll also find an upper and lower carabiner attachment with pulley mechanism for application of resistance to your workout.
